Chief Operating Officer

Operations leader with 15 years scaling national nonprofits and the systems that hold them together. Previously COO at the Local Initiatives Support Corporation (LISC), where he led a multi-year overhaul of grants infrastructure.

Veteran advocacy researcher with expertise in transition support and family resilience. PhD from Harvard Kennedy School. Develops research that centers veteran voices and experiences to strengthen pathways toward independence and renewed purpose.
