Make a Difference for Veterans
The Events Director leads Beacon For Veterans’ event planning and coordination efforts, creating meaningful opportunities that bring veterans, families, volunteers, supporters, and community partners together while increasing awareness of our mission.
Key Responsibilities
• Plan and coordinate Beacon For Veterans events, community activities, outreach programs, and special initiatives.
• Develop event plans, schedules, budgets, logistics, and volunteer requirements.
• Coordinate with venues, vendors, sponsors, community partners, volunteers, and other Beacon For Veterans directors.
• Help create events that engage veterans and families, strengthen community relationships, and increase awareness of Beacon For Veterans.
• Support fundraising, veteran outreach, volunteer recruitment, and community-engagement events.
• Promote safe, organized, professional, and mission-focused events that represent Beacon For Veterans effectively.
