Make a Difference for Veterans
The Fundraising & Development Director leads Beacon For Veterans’ fundraising and development efforts, building relationships with donors, sponsors, foundations, and community supporters to secure the resources needed to grow our mission and serve more veterans and their families.
Key Responsibilities
• Develop and lead fundraising strategies that support Beacon For Veterans’ mission, programs, and long-term growth.
• Cultivate relationships with individual donors, businesses, foundations, sponsors, and community partners.
• Identify and pursue fundraising opportunities, sponsorships, campaigns, and donor engagement initiatives.
• Coordinate fundraising events, appeals, and development campaigns in collaboration with Beacon For Veterans leadership and other directors.
• Maintain professional donor communications, stewardship, acknowledgments, and follow-up.
• Track fundraising performance and help strengthen sustainable revenue sources for Beacon For Veterans.
