The Programs & Resources Director leads Beacon For Veterans’ efforts to develop, organize, and coordinate programs and trusted resources that help veterans and their families connect with the support, services, and opportunities they need.

• Develop and coordinate programs and resource initiatives that support veterans and their families.

• Identify trusted VA, nonprofit, government, community, employment, housing, education, health, and other veteran-support resources.

• Maintain organized and current information about programs, services, referral options, and community resources.

• Work with the Veteran Services Director, Veteran Outreach Director, and other leadership to identify service gaps and emerging veteran needs.

• Build relationships with organizations and service providers that can strengthen Beacon For Veterans’ resource network.

• Track program participation, referrals, outcomes, and community needs to help improve Beacon For Veterans’ programs and resources.
