Make a Difference for Veterans
The Veteran Outreach Director leads Beacon For Veterans’ outreach efforts, building connections with veterans, families, veteran organizations, community groups, and local partners to ensure more veterans know where to turn for trusted resources, support, and guidance.
Key Responsibilities
• Develop and lead outreach initiatives that connect Beacon For Veterans with veterans and their families in the communities we serve.
• Build relationships with veteran organizations, community groups, local agencies, businesses, and other trusted partners.
• Promote Beacon For Veterans’ resources, programs, events, volunteer opportunities, and referral services throughout the community.
• Identify opportunities to reach veterans who may be underserved, isolated, or unaware of available resources and support.
• Represent Beacon For Veterans professionally at community events, meetings, outreach activities, and partnership opportunities.
• Work with Beacon For Veterans leadership and other directors to strengthen community connections and expand our ability to reach and serve veterans.
