The Veterans Services Director leads Beacon For Veterans veteran resource navigation efforts, helping veterans and their families connect with trusted benefits, programs, services and community resources.
Key Responsibilities
• Guide veterans and families through available benefits, programs, services, and community resources.
• Connect veterans with appropriate VA, nonprofit, government, and community partners.
• Help identify each veteran’s needs and appropriate referral options.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date information on trusted veteran resources.
• Follow up when appropriate to help ensure veterans successfully connect with referred services.
• Work with Beacon For Veterans leadership and community partners to strengthen veteran support and resource navigation.
