The Volunteer Director leads Beacon For Veterans volunteer program, helping recruit, engage, organize, and support volunteers who want to make a meaningful difference for veterans and their families
Key Responsibilities
• Recruit and welcome new volunteers
• Match volunteers with opportunities that fit their skills and interests
• Coordinate volunteer orientation and ongoing support
• Help organize outreach, events, and community activities
• Maintain communication with volunteers and recognize their contributions
• Work with Beacon For Veterans leadership to strengthen and grow the volunteer program
